WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

For orders within New Zealand, payment can be made by Debit/Credit Card, or Manual Internet Bank Transfer. PayPal is also available.

For International orders payment is by PayPal only.  

I WANT MULTIPLE POTS, WHAT WOULD BE THE SHIPPING COST?

I send all of my bonsai pots using a local Courier for New Zealand orders.  Normally I can fit several into the same parcel for the cost of one ($18).
If you were wanting just a small single or accent/mame pot I would be able to send that by NZ Parcel Post Tracked for a cheaper cost

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSION PROJECTS?

Although I normally don't do commission pots now, sometimes there are exceptions for pots I make often. For more information on this please email me with your request and I'll let you know if it's possible.

WHAT IF MY POT GETS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

I pride myself on the packaging used when sending pots both Nationally and Internationally. If any pot gets damaged I will either reimburse the cost of the pot and postage, or, remake the pot if possible and send at no further cost.  Note: Photographic evidence must be provided immediately on receiving the damaged parcel.  
Thankfully it doesn't happen often at all as every pot is well packed to withstand "rough" handling during transit.
